    On August 2, 2007, Formark's founder and owner Bob Hagerman was killed in a tragic helicopter accident. Bob was escorting customers to a logging site to view timber, and the helicopter suffered a malfunction on takeoff.

    We would like to thank all of our very valued clients and suppliers for their letters, calls and continued support and understanding during this very difficult time.

    We have great confidence in this wonderful company Bob spent his life building, so with heavy hearts we’re going on with business as usual. Our talented and very able staff will be here to serve you as they have for many years.
